Venteuro SAS Returns & Refunds Policy

General Returns:

Items you wish to return should be sent back within 28 days from the date of purchase. They must be unused, still in their original packaging, and in pristine condition to qualify for a full refund of the purchase cost.

Returns Form:

A completed Returns Form should accompany your returned items. Please contact us for a returns form.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

Should you believe an item to be faulty or damaged, please reach out to our sales team directly at [email protected] before initiating a return.

Unless otherwise specified by us (e.g. we’ve agreed to pick up the item or refund your return postage), you will bear the return shipping costs.

Claims for return postage that haven’t been pre-agreed will not be compensated.

Packaging for Returns:

Make sure your returned items are securely packed in a sealed box to avoid damage during transit.
Inadequately packed returns, resulting in damage, may be declined.

Assessment of Returns:

Upon receiving your returned items, our experts will evaluate them against our Returns and Refund policy criteria.

Should your return not comply with our policy, we might not be able to provide a full refund. In such cases, we’ll get in touch with you.

Special Note on Cylinder Returns:

Returning cylinders will result in a 25% restocking fee.

You are responsible for returning them via a pallet service and ensuring they are insured.
